We've been running digital and social media courses for over a decade. We think our course programs are very good. No, in fact they're excellent. And we think our presenters and training facilities are top-notch too.

But if for any reason you're not satisfied with the way a course is going we'll refund your registration fee in full - guaranteed, no quibbling.

This guarantee comes with a few common-sense conditions:

1. You need to arrive at the course no later than the scheduled start time.
   

2. You need to stay until the lunch-break and leave before the afternoon session commences. You must tell the course facilitator directly of your intention to leave (you are welcome to stay for the provided lunch).

3. The course you are attending cannot be a make-up for an already deferred course or one that has been transferred to another person.
   
   

Processing Your Refund

If you paid by credit card the refund will be processed back to the same card. If you paid by invoice you will need to send us the details of your nominated bank account.

If the course is part of a multi-course or multi-person booking the refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
